Christmas countdown...

Long time no blog, so here's a wee update. On Sunday we hosted our stall at Tir-Na-Nog's Winter Christmas Faerie Fayre which was as magical as it sounds. Tir-Na-Nog is just outside Drymen, near Glasgow, and is an alternative therapy centre and shop in a converted stable. Run by Oona and Nikki, with Carolyn as chief appointment monitor, the day felt like it had been sprinkled with Tinkerbell dust. Everyone was so friendly and we couldn't help but get swept up in the bonhomie. With stalls and fairylights in the courtyard, constantly replenished nibbles, mulled wine and storytelling, not to mention all the taster workshops and therapies,it was like being at the top of the Faraway Tree...
On another note, thanks to Ros for pointing us in the direction of a terrific short story about unicorns, written by James Thurber, called The Unicorn in the Garden, worth checking out...
Last weekend also saw us host our stall at Alcraft's Merchant City Square in Glasgow which was also the Festival of Light. We've recently introduced Magical Unicorn Oracle Cards to our range, and we invite passers by to select a card. How interesting that the one card that came up again and again was "Light - look for the light within yourself and others".
Anyhoo, December is almost upon us, and for one Lunicorn, the countdown is even more prevalent, for the end of the month is release from the 9 to 5, allowing the lunicorns to focus even more on the business of Lunicorn. We are of the belief that one door has to close before many more can open. Say hello and wave goodbye, roll on 2006.
Starry-eyed and bushy-tailed as ever, the lunicorns wish you the very best of everything.
