Ahoy!

Yes, somewhat giddy that we've been below deck on THE TALL SHIP today, it seems another blog immediately beckons. For one Lunicorn, she is definitely inspired and dressing in full pirate garb tomorrow for the second day of the River Festival in Glasgow. The sun shone, people came and it seems the Lunicorn word is spreading... Today we met folks from Hamilton to America who had heard or seen the Lunicorn wares, and it felt good. Aside from the perspective of running a business, how exciting to be on an actual ancient ship, albeit we had to blu tac our crystals to our light boxes to prevent them from sliding off (slopes/tides etc.)?We saw kids scrubbing the decks, ringing the bell and trying to steer an 'anchored' wheel. Thankfully we never saw any weans scale the big portruding thing at the front like they might have had to do in the olden days (along with shimmying up chimneys and the like). Seriously though, we don't know we're born, when we think what it must have been like to work in them there days. Our greatest wonder today was watching the gradient of the gangways change with the tides from very steep to plateau to downward slope. Anyhoo, we're back there tomorrow, so if anyone is reading this and is in the locale, you might want to think about checking out the Tall Ship, because it's FREE entry for the duration of the River Festival....and there's loads else to do if you don't fancy the sealegs aspect.
Right, goodnight and cheerio, (don't know the sailing equivalent - answers please)could it be something like Ahoy there Captain?
