More on the wizards...
Intrigued to read Chris Evans' (yes, Chris Evans!) latest blog about the wizards. Wow, what with him and Noel Edmonds, it would seem that higher consciousness is touching DJs everywhere. Or maybe it's just that those two have a high profile. All the same, it can only be good for the movement of energies. If you get a chance check it out, it's entitled 'what's is all about amalfi?"
The Lunicorns were hosting their magical stall at Mugdock Country Park this weekend, and never thought they'd find themselves, on Sunday, searching for individuals with a criminal background, for it would seem that the key to the cashbox, containing various coppers and silver, had been left back at the Lunicorn HQ. Screwdrivers, knives and nails all failed in their mission to undo the tiny inoffensive latch that prevented us from giving customers the correct change, until, Eureka, a fellow stall holder produced a trusty penknife. The kind that can also sew a hem, change a wheel and even probably construct a house. Eventually, one of the assorted tools seemed to kind of fit, and after much tinkering suddenly Pandora's box was open. Now we're not advocating lock picking as a future career for us Lunicorns, but this new found skill got us out of a tight spot within minutes. Which poses the question, is there any point in locking the cashbox overnight in the first place. We've lost a few items from our stall along the way through pilfering, but we're of the general belief that karma will win through in the end. So, we tend not to get too hung up about the odd trifle going missing. I suppose we should take it as a compliment. Not that we're particularly seeking compliments of that nature. Well, the sun is shining, it's the middle of October, and the air has definitely got a nip in it. And so, it's time to get one of the last (we suspect) washings hung out this year and go off on more Lunicorn business.
Till next blog
