Pilot got it wrong....
Greetings for 2007, and frankly we've never felt better. All this 'January, sick and tired you've been hanging on me' to quote Pilot is a load of nonsense (for anyone under the age of 40 reading this, you may struggle to recognise that lyric).
We've had a terrific rest and have been raring to go since the start of last week. We did our first event of the year out at Moodiesburn, off the A80 last Saturday, and it was terrific to be 'back in the saddle'. There, we launched our new leaflet which was received very well, especially as it shows how we have evolved over a year. Help has been coming at us in a number of guises, and we're thankful for every bit. Exciting, really truly madly exciting projects are brewing in all corners, and we're confident we'll have something spectacular to unleash by the end of the year. Whilst in Moodiesburn we dropped in on our friend Agnes at Natural Solutions and enjoyed an aura drawing each which was spookily accurate. This was then all compounded, for one Lunicorn, by a chat with Kimba Syng the next day and for the other Lunicorn, John Ballantine (he talks to angels). Thank you Margaret also for our paraffin wax hand treatment and luxurious Indian Head Massage. And now for the website redesign. That's all in hand, and some extra sparkle should be heading through the ethernet within the next week or so. The biggie for us this month is Body & Soul Show at Dundee on 27th January, looking forward to seeing the old gang and meeting some new folks too. Plus, we'll have a new colour unicorn print to show off, not to mention some fresh tree wisdom magnets. 2007 already feels like it's a great year, and things can only get better. Sure that's another song lyric we finished with there, but can't remember artist, answers on the comments bit please!
p.s. if you fancy a bit of speed-dating with a twist for Valentine's Day, then check out Tir na nOg's link to see what they have up their sleeve.
Let's hear it for January...
