New moon on Wilton Street
Happy New Year Lunicorners! On this the eve of a new moon, the week ahead is ripe with opportunity.
It's been a quiet time over the holidays here at Andromeda Heights (with one exception, New Year's Day at the Duchess's - thank you to the stranger who helped me get up, as I stumbled home, who turned out not to be a stranger after all, and recognised me from my previous life -ahem! Turns out I wasn't the only one from that gathering who had a few mishaps on exiting the Duchess's and hitting fresh air. Champagne quaffing should halt after one glass, and should come with a warning re use of legs thereafter).
Had an adventure in Edinburgh yesterday at the Joan Eardley exhibition with our friend PP. Travelling transpired to be more adventurous than expected, as a simple train journey from Queen Street to Waverley, translated into a train to Falkirk then bus to Waverley. The bus journey was relatively entertaining as one chap rather loudly revealed through a series of mobile telephone calls, his exploits of the night before. Then enroute homewards, we were similarly party to a one sided conversation with a girl and her boyfriend. Me? I am mortified if my phone rings in a public place, and whilst I do answer, I then explain where I am, and can I call back when surroundings are a bit more private.
Meanwhile back in the land of lunicorn, we hatched our million dollar idea last week, and plan to have it complete by the end of this week, so ta da, all will be revealed sooner than we think.
Short blog today, as we are busy, busy, busy, building and all sorts of things, but just wanted to greet the new year and the new moon and our Lunicorners with a flourish.
Ching ching, may all of our phones ring with good news this year.
The Lunicorns
x
