It's been a whirlwind couple of months. New stockists galore including the Spirtualist Church in Glasgow, Inspirations in Motherwell and Crystal Heart in Wishaw. And we heard there was a Unicorn workshop afoot in them there shores too! That, plus MORE events from corporate to community to charity - it does feel quite in order to be giving SOMETHING back. (we donate 10% of our sales to charity - this month alone has seen has give back to Pride Scotia, Bishopton Scouts, Breast Cancer Fund, various schools and Children in Need). Now that might seem like we're banging our own drum a bit but to be honest, it's par for the course, once you get into the habit, donation is something that should be done without blinking an eye. The way we see it is, if we sell loads then a percentage is nothing and at least it's going to a good cause.
We've also been gathering more mutts on our pet parade (check it out!) and we invite you to tell us when you spot a Unicorn in your midst. Thus far, we've seen them in Dundee, Inverness, Perth, Melrose, Aberdeen, Glasgow and more. They tend to be in the Mercat Squares of towns or cities, or what used to be....
We've met some terrific people along the way too, including a wonderful lady we met at Tir Na nOg recently who told us about how she bought one of our Unicorn Believe Boxes for her daughter at Christmas last year. Since her daughter has been using her box, she's changed her job, started yoga classes, lost a stone in weight and finally gone to the dentist.... she came up to us to tell us that our boxes were definitely working. That plus the wonderful June, Gordon and Pat from Inspirations, and Annie and Annette from Crystal Heart, we're so lucky to have this life, this journey and all we meet on the way. Hey we might be broke, but we're learning so much about the true values.
In addition to which our wonderful webspinner Merle is so snowed under with her own work she still makes time to update and add/amend our wee website. She's a star and we're so lucky to have such fabulous people around us.
I wonder often if I miss the career I left behind (see previous notes), and yes I may miss the security of the salary, but the adrenalin from doing Lunicorn is second to none and frankly I've never looked back

Anyhoo that's enough for noo
Brightest Blessing
